Goal
Professionals and students are so busy today just keeping all the balls in the air.  Often hobbies, interests and dreams are put aside until "retirement" and then what?

Our goal is to combine learning and accredited programs with personal development in terms of arts and nature.  Together with friends or family you can learn and practice what you love - sailing, writing, cooking, grilling, knitting, painting and drawing or learn more about literature, nature, crafts,  travel and cultural diversity, or wine or scotch tasting for instance.
This is not the continuing education program of yesterday!
"Learning about Norwegian Law in combination with food, cultural presentation about sailing and preserving traditional skills plus the local connection with the Viking Ship and the museum display pieces was the best educational package! Next time you should make lefse and try some rosemaling too. It was great to bring my grandparents along"

"I learned so much about Italy in one afternoon.  From Italian art, history of food and strategy of dinner parties in the Renaissance to current events and international legal issues around the ownership of art and antiquities.  The next step was an Italian cooking class lead by one of our speakers. That combination was the perfect way to get my professional credits!"
